We've used audio headsets at Stadswandelkantoor before, and this is our first time using the GuideXpresse tour guide set. We were very pleased with it. The equipment worked perfectly and is incredibly easy to use. It also has a nice design—a minor detail perhaps, but clients appreciate it when it looks good. More importantly: it's very comfortable to wear, and everything works perfectly. I checked with a few people in the group: "Very clear, great sound." Service: good information beforehand, everything was delivered on time, and fully configured for use. Alexander is a nice guy, too. So, five stars.
