GuideXpresse Manager

GuideXpresse Manager is the online content environment where you manage the audio tour on your Orpheo Mikro audioguides yourself. It runs entirely in the browser and is platform-independent: no software to install, no required operating system — works on Windows, macOS, or Chromebook, anywhere a browser runs and the computer has a USB port. Build routes, attach text and audio fragments to stops, crop images for screens, adjust settings — all from one clear dashboard, with no technical knowledge required. A new temporary exhibition, an extra language, a reshuffled route order: you handle it yourself, whenever it suits you.

How it works

You build and edit your audio tour online in Manager. Once ready, download the updated audio folder and set it on one device as "master" — the other Orpheo Mikro audioguides then pick up the new content via the charger. No technician required: within a reasonable time the entire fleet is running the same, up-to-date tour.

You are never on your own

Alongside Manager, GuideXpresse remains available for technical support, maintenance and repair of your Orpheo Mikro devices. Manager gives you the freedom to keep content up to date yourself; we are on hand whenever something goes beyond content management.
